The basic and essential skill for any language and culture is expressed. An expression is a global language. It is the unspoken communication that we can mutually agree on. It's the language that actually unites us as living creatures. For example: If I were to travel to another country and didn't know how to speak their language, I am still able to have non verbal communication (to some degree) because expressions are universal. My teaching methods follow this acronym: W.I.D.E.P.A.D. (Word painting, Inflections, Diction, Emotions, Punctuation and Phrasing, Aspire-tory [Breathy and Hopeful], and Dynamics). These practical skills have proven to be the most effective tools used in communicating to an audience.
